Elements Jazz Duo at Church's, Paris

On 20 November 2024, the Church's boutique in Paris hosted an exceptional jazz evening, an intimate musical experience in the heart of the capital. The duo — Arnaud Quercy on piano and Olivier Rivaux on double bass — delighted the audience with a carefully chosen repertoire blending swing, bossa nova and bebop. The set list featured emblematic pieces such as The Saga of Harrison Crabfeather, Blue Bossa, Caravan and Watermelon Man, for a richly nuanced musical journey. The evening marked a renewed collaboration between Arnaud Quercy and Olivier Rivaux, who first played together in the late 1980s when Arnaud was still a saxophonist. Olivier Rivaux, a renowned double bassist, has worked with artists such as Jamie Davis, Denise King and Sara Lazarus. Elegant and warm, the evening gave guests a unique musical experience in the refined setting of the Church's boutique.
